MixStrokes: MLP Mixers for Keystroke Dynamics Authentication
With more than three billion passwords stolen annually, keystroke dynamics offers a non-obstructive second factor that recognizes users by how they type. MixStrokes extends the MLP Mixer architecture to free-text keystroke biometrics, matching LSTM and transformer-based methods on accuracy while being markedly cheaper in runtime and model complexity. Evaluated on the Aalto University desktop and mobile datasets — over 400,000 users combined.
